Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items not in their original packaging
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@ayrakitty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@ayrakitty.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
