Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST / GMT) on business days will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

All UK shipments are sent via Royal Mail or DHL. Customers may be subject to UK import duties or VAT depending on the nature of the goods. Since Brexit, orders from outside the UK may be subject to customs fees applied by UK Border Force.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information on fees that may apply.

 

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing:

       Your order number

       Tracking number

       Carrier name and link to the tracking portal

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

 

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by:

       Peak season surges (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)

       Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters

       Carrier disruptions or strikes

       Customs delays for international orders

       Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at the email provided below and we will do our best to assist.

 

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be held and the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

 

11. Returns & Refusals
